      There is an extremely supportive and inclusive culture, which made it easy to settle in. Flexible working hours support a healthy work–life balance, and the company provides strong study support, demonstrating a clear commitment to developing talent from within.

      Toxic environment with unsupportive management

      Some colleagues were nice, only the people who were also as lost as I am

      Cons

      Too many to count. No support, the area manager at the time hung up on me when I was ill and tried to fire me. I was crying in front of her and she threatened my job
