Pros

The technical team is strong.

Cons

I would call it a toxic work environment. The management of this company just treats employees like slaves. The following points will give a clear picture about this company's work culture. - Candidates will be asked to take half a dozen online tests before appearing for the face to face interview. - During the interview, the MD spoke in a very arrogant manner and asked a lot of outdated questions like 'sell me this pen' and 'what are your biggest weaknesses?'. The interview was more of an interrogation. My questions weren't answered. I've also seen candidates being insulted vehemently and their answers being ridiculed. - Candidates will be asked to undergo a training for the first 3 days. Those who don't clear the test in the 4th day will be terminated immediately. Candidates need to get more than 75% in the test in order to continue. In my tenure, I would have seen at least 40 ppl.getting terminated. - They won't even give a computer for the training. They will expect the candidates to bring their own laptops. - Talking about personal things in office will be severely dealt with and can even lead to termination. - The in - time is 9.00 AM. Those who come even 1 minute late will lose half a day's salary. Those who come after 9.15 AM will be marked absent for full day and will be sent back home. Even genuine reasons will not be accepted. Employees can take only one 10 minute break apart from lunch break. - If an employee goes through a bad patch, they won't help him to come out of it. Instead, they'll threaten that they would fire him. There is absolutely no job guarantee even for good performers. - They follow old fashioned methods. Wearing a tie is mandatory on all days. If an employee forgets to wear a tie, he will be sent back home and will forfeit the entire day's salary. - Employees literally have to beg for the relieving letter and settlement. - The management is highly incompetent but they expect their employees to follow a thousand rules. In short, this company is a set of muppets headed by a joker.

Pros

You will learn everything about sales right from the first pitch to negotiation... specially with CXOS and HNIs....amazing opportunity to make money as incentives are not capped. The training is intensive but will prepare you for the job very well....salary is always on time and so are the expenses....they let you fly for meetings without hesitation and the HR is supportive...great exposure for anyone who wants to learn about sales....I worked for more than 2 years across India and the company is currently growing...the MD takes interest in each employee which is great...

Cons

None as such...not a place for people who want to relax and chill...
