Pros
Some of the hardest working employees I’ve met. With no experience, I was able to learn from others and given many opportunities to work in different areas. You just need the right attitude.
Cons
Short staffed, likely to work harder than you have to or do something else that doesn’t fit your job description. Unfortunately, most of the team structure fell apart when they decided to hire a new General Manager. Easy going and laid back, likely to be under the gun at any moments notice.
