Pretty good Camaraderie with in the local NY office.

Cons

Limited, narrow client base. High pressure to make submittals. Old school attempt to foster competition among recruiters by sourcing for the same job assignment instead of assigning different job openings to each recruiter. Very high turnover for the newest employees.

Pros

Not just a staffing company that just places you on a project. They value their contractors and consultants. Most staffing companies I’ve worked with in the past only worries about the client in which they’re placing you. At Elite Technical Services they value both ends equally which is rare

Cons

There were no cons during the duration of my project with Elite Technical Services. I can honestly say my experience was a great one all across the board. Zero complaints
