      Easy job and flexible hours. Get a goodie bag

      Cons

      They have no clue what they are doing. Can't make schedules, no accountability. They have managers that don't manage and district managers that don't manage their dms either.

      Corporate ISE were cool and helpful

      Cons

      No benefits, poor pay, poor commission, no leadership from management. No room for growth. They rather hire someone from the street they don’t know for an high position than someone trusted that’s been with them for years. Always short staffed cause no one wants to stay to work for them. Long hours as well
