- Bad business operation which created hectic work environment (bad resources planning, unclear JD, unfair resources allocation)
- Bad organisation structure, due to insufficient resources, management will assign you to handle multiple projects, even you are from different department which has nothing related to projects, or management will assign someone who is not under your control to your project, and he/she will screw things up.
- Unclear vision and roadmap, the company is just follow motion from market and evolve accordingly, without any proper planning and strategy. Management can change their mind/decision in one night, then change again like roti prata, hence the company cannot focus in one goal, and the employee cannot focus on specific skill development to help company grow.
- Overpromises to client, management always overpromised to client and the consequences will impicate the project team especially customer facing staff.
- Favoritism, management will always favor some staffs for unknown reasons. Once a staff make a mistake which management dislike, they will firmly believe that staff is incapable/incompetent even the staff has many achievement in the past or future. This will affect the annual salary review as well.
- Management never trust their employee, they will keep everything secret, hence more rumours will flying around office and bring down the morale of company.
