      Pros

      Great place to start your career given Elkstone is Venture, Real Estate, Family Office. You learn from other verticals through frequent interaction and 'teach in' sessions. Strong opportunities for growth because younger employees are trusted to take up meaningful positions e.g. on the board of portfolio companies, and are trusted for their input and decision making

      Cons
