9 hr working excluding lunch time, deadlines, etc.... no system or PC is provided to trainees or interns not more help or doubt solving for trainees in internship phase (self-learning only). extensively long training time(7-9 months) No bond but stipend is alternative months( rest kept with them, free after training complete).
