      You can own your task because there probably isn't anyone else within the org working on it

      Cons

      Lots of opinionated criticism and disorganization between levels of the organization. Lack of objective reality in executive engineering decisions and narrow UX oversight in product direction and knowledge of the competitive market. And if they do know about a competitor, they resort to branding as a distinguishing factor rather than technology.

      All five ratings seem fabricated, but HR Suman was a true bright spot—she guided me through every step of the documentation process and ensured I received every penny I was owed, all with genuine care and empathy.

      Honestly, even calling them “cons” feels unnecessary—every day here is like checking off busy-work with no real purpose. You show up hopeful, only to spend hours on tasks that don’t matter, while management lavishly touts that Elocity is destined to be the next Amazon. It’s heartbreaking to see such lofty promises but zero follow-through, leaving you wondering why you’re really here.
