      Pros

      Room for growth and different apartments of job opportunities. Helping people who are homeless and rewarding them seeing them be happy. They have a new home.

      Cons

      Working with managers who are very rude. Have a slick mouth and can’t be disrespectful.

      Great mission and people that you work with day in and out are great.

      Cons

      Expectation of work load and hours to complete work are extended because of out dated processes. Upper management is slow to make changes and decisions that impact day to day tasks.
