-Great people, and a close knit team that likes to help each other -Despite having a remote global team, the return to office policy has improved the energy in the office - Everyone is given the chance to shape their own path and progression -Industry leading body of knowledge on product management gives you the opportunity to dive in and learn a lot -Following some challenging times in the market and global economy, it feels like the company is turning a corner and there is excitement ahead

Only one I can think of is not being able to see some of my more remote colleagues on a more regular basis, as we are all close as a team.
