- Colleague from outside IT department were very friendly
Cons
- your required to work overtime without pay
- toxic people manager, very gossipy, very pushy, everything becomes your responsibility and not theirs. when stuff goes wrong you get the blame
- lots of micromanagement
- they're bad at managing tasks per employee
- projects get cancelled midway through => bad decisions at IT management level
- people tend to stay for max 2 years, that tells a lot over the company
There are good facilities like sporting and a good office restaurant. There's also a big balcony and a big rooftop garden where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables and which you have to share with everybody of Zuidpark. Every friday they organized good friday drinks.
Cons
Very unprofessional managment, especialy ActievandeDag. As a employer they didn't listen to your input. I had the feeling they didn't take their team serious. It was very demotivating work, every day the same copy-paste thing. They didn't told you about this during the interview (ofcourse). If you told your manager about your feelings, she didn't searched for a solution. The only thing she said was: you first have to improve the 'boring' thing. They didn't knew how to give feedback, it was very mean and bad. Actually WE had to improve but THEY didn't improve at all. Every day I was filled with lots of negative energy. The hierarchy was bothering you completely.
