Management shows always childish behavior. There is no life at emipro. Management people behaves like a child always shows feeling for revenge. Company is a group in size but management is still childish. You can't even make friend to other employee managemnt does not like this. In short don't waste your time. They won't trust any employee. They never value any employee though you are very good among all. Please don't waste your time here.

1. Employee has to login by 9:30 else they'll have to apply leave!! 2. For login time company is punctual but when comes to logout time they don't have any fixed time except something is there on paper. 3. Employee is not allowed to leave the company in between day time not even for 10 minutes. They are just resource (or I would say Horses). 4. They don't spend on employee's instead they hire motivational speakers and pays them in lacks for somr 1-2 hr session which employees really don't care. 5. They makes their own policy and management really not looking into what employees really need. 6. No food offered by company and even for small celebrations their budged for employees does not exceed 50rs per head. (Now, you really have an idea on how they thinks). 6. Management is not supportive at all, even I can go ahead and say... They will do exactly opposite. 7. Employees gets treatment like rat of the laboratory. 8. Leave policies are the worst, only diwali and Janmastami is the festival where employees actually gets decent off. 9. Previously there were 6 days working but as per industry standards they changed to 5 days but guess what, they increased work timings for other 5 days!! 10. Toxic work environment and there is nothing like skip level and employees cannot share anything to management even if they have a problems with their leads. 11. List can go on but this are enough points to take your future decision.
