      Some friendly people Easy to approach departments apart from admin Good for people are at the end of their career - laid back atmosphere but does not take Banking seriously

      Cons

      Systems HR and admin department - Attitude problem, mates rates and suck up to senior management No progression to small No room for change stuck in there ways Can’t tell management to make changes otherwise they think your after there job

      Pros

      Small organisation in the Uk where you can get recognition for what you bring to the table but limited career or growth prospects.

      Cons

      Loyalty does not count for anything. There is no strategic direction, a lot of red tape and bureaucracy and a lot of underhand racism (promoting their kind) and zero flexible working pre Covid. If they don’t like you they will manage you out and try various intimidation tactics (all whilst working with hr and legal) to get you out.
