      Nice looking office, good location.

      Cons

      Micro management. Employee will not be able to make any decision without family member approval. Overtime culture but not paying for any extra work. Hire and fire culture

      Directors run it like they own the whole company and they run it like family business. Human Resources also runs like their made at home. Career grows depends on you passport and nationality 99% of the time.
