      Pros

      - Super intelligent people in the team who are always happy to knowledge share and take time to explain things to me - Feel empowered to be able to make change here - no red tape/excess processes that can be found in large companies - Flexible working - team are working all over the world, so options to work remotely as well as meet up in an office space

      Haven't been at the company long enough to find any cons - so far so good :)

      The staff structure is quite flat which means that a harmonious atmosphere can be easily felt. The task are challenging and there are also opportunities to grow fast by taking the lead, proposing ideas and making differences.

      Cons

      The boundary if the responsibility is sometimes blurred and sometimes work a bit longer as yes it's a start up, this is why challenging.
