Horrible place to work

Pros

1. Got to learn, upgrade my skill set a lot during initial years. 2. Got recognition during initial period

Cons

1. Work became monotonous + lately I worked on projects for months till late night but few months later, it ended up in trash because they don't have a clear vision or clarity on what they want. 2. Pay and hike doesn't match with the role or years of experience and they tend to manipulate/convince people in the name of industrial standards and less revenue during last financial year and stuff like that. 3. CTC breakdown here looks gross in real. Variable is way high and fixed pay is less. Training, bonus, food pass all are from your CTC and show them as perks. 4. Cheap politics, policies & management. 5. Less leaves and WFH. 6. Catalyst goals are supposed to be voluntary. Stop sitting on each employees' head to start and finish catalysts just because there is no projects in your hand. 7. Always looking for free applications, software's, courses etc. 8. Employee exiting here is more than people getting hired

An ex-employee, in front of the Bangalore labour officer, admitted to writing these reviews while requesting to be re-instated in the company. She was terminated for violation of state laws and tax laws that resulted in breach of company code of conduct, employment contract, and tri-party agreement. Following review guidelines, we are not mentioning the name of the employee and do not intend to harm her in any way. However, we need to protect our reputation and hence this response. For everyone who may be interested in our company, services or employment - we as a company provide a lot of flexibility to employees to take care of their personal situations but expect basic work ethics, integrity, and performance standards. But, policy and legal breaches that put the company at risk of non-compliance with authorities are non-negotiable. We welcome reviews and use them as opportunities to learn and grow, not claiming to get everything right all the time.

Pros

- This is a great place to really understand workforce dynamics. - Engagement and team-building activities are a fun morale booster, HR really tries to make it inclusive and interesting, - A place that encourages lot of initiative and self-learning. - Ton of downtime between project deliverables which allows for additional self development. - Empowerment. Senior leadership at times can give you the responsibility of end-to-end execution of a project or deliverable. - Recognition as times leads to beneficial rewards (gift cards, vouchers, etc.). - Flexible timings and seemingly flat work-culture.

Cons

- My journey here started of a bit rocky, where both my manager and HR had no clue as to what work to assign me/which team to allocate me in. - Despite rigorous interview process, on-ground reality is far different, responsibilities are times can seem quite dull and unexciting. - There is at times, a clear and visible polarisation between teams despite an inclusive culture. - HR, despite best intentions is but a mouthpiece of the senior management. - Communication is compartmentalised within and between project/functional teams. - Extremely results-oriented. Output must be achieved even though it might be a messy, half-baked patchwork of concepts and implementation. - There is often at times no unity among senior leaders which can confuse the employees. - Certain employees get/have gotten preferential treatment. - Senior leaders can ping you at odd hours on weekends, to complete work requests. - Salaries are not the best.
