Everything! Favouritism within senior leadership team, no progression for ground staff. Disorganised management team, no communication between teams, Senior management do not listen to feedback, lack of support. Managers don't know what they are doing, very clueless. Management only recruit people they know and let them get away with murder. Management make ground staff do all the work so they get credit, no appreciation for teams or any acknowledgement. They try and push you out by creating unrealistic targets and setting us up to fail. No socials, no perks and no consideration for mental health and wellbeing of staff.
