Pros
Great experience working with a variety of clients, big and small.
Cons
Management is focused on surface-level vanity initiatives that glorify the company but have no understanding of the fundamentals of running an agency or keeping employees happy. The small team is overworked causing burnout and a major lack of work-life balance. There is truly no incentive or culture to balance this out leaving an overall sense of resentment. It becomes challenging to please clients and stay current with best practices as a result of being severely understaffed. The sense of urgency to hire after large turnover is absent, leaving current employees responsible for picking up the pieces and ensure client satisfaction. Micromanagement is common as there is very little trust for managers. Small issues escalate to the director/ceo level. With very little knowledge on what’s going on, recommendations and feedback from these individuals are misinformed simply adding unnecessary time to the minimal time allotted to projects. Unfortunately, it's a very difficult place to work. If you want to be a part of "hustle culture" while being underpaid, this is the place for you. If you want to keep your mental sanity, stay away.
