Pros

The pros of working at 1Milk2Sugars are that it is female-founded with 90% of employees identifying as female. There is a good work/life balance - currently piloting a 4-day work week but half-day Fridays are all year, not just the summer! - and the agency works with amazing clients. The office environment is fun, positive and friendly and the team is respectful and supportive. For professional development, direct managers and HR really help with your growth and are there to help you get to the next level. My ideas and opinions are always heard and respected, which is very important to me. Also, the office is 100% dog-friendly!

Cons

The downside of working for 1Milk2Sugars is that workload can be a bit heavy at times, but the agency is always aware of hours and hiring for additional support where needed.

Pros

Founder has valuable business insights and is inspiring to learn from Strong, hardworking junior team members who are collaborative and supportive Exposure to high-profile client accounts and influencer marketing campaigns Team camaraderie among peers at the same level

Cons

Senior leadership placed in roles without fundamental industry knowledge (didn't know basic metrics like EMV or ROI calculation) Management failed to support team during critical deliverables while junior staff worked past hours consistently No recognition of team effort (worked well past end-of-day regularly, no summer Fridays taken) Management made decisions without consulting team members who worked directly with employees Contradictory direction and being overstepped when trying to streamline processes Junior employees set up to compensate for senior-level gaps in knowledge
