- Culture shift slowly trying to become a Meta/Facebook culture is forced and ugly. Many ICs and EMs came from Meta or intentionally came here to avoid the toxic impact culture and requirement to self promote for any recognition and pay attention to internal Facebook/Workplace system. People complain that most of their mental overhead is now about being an internal influencer instead of just doing their jobs.
- Too many disjointed communication strategies/platforms and lack of ELT standardization on setting expectations. Things pop up on a random Workplace post and all 1000 employees are expected to just know that there is a new deadline or expectation.
