Pros

Insurance benefits, mileage paid, holidays off Their are no other pros to working for this company that I can think of.

Cons

1. Pay is never on time or correct, been owed pay for months and they keep saying working to fix issues. Big issue for all almost all employees not getting their pay. 2. Unrealistic expectations and demands 3. Work like a dog , treated worse than a homeless dog. 4. The App's and forms used for daily tracking are daily locking up, and have continued issues. 5. They GPS employees, ghost visits, was told if I b use the bathroom have 5 minutes cuz if I was ghost visited and wasn't visible in the store that's termination grounds. So get in and out of bathroom in the 5 minutes! 6. Constant lies to the employees about how secure your job is, not true seen alot get fired for no reason. If you work like a dog and don't want paid, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOU!! 7. NO sense of loyalty to their employees. 8. Every conference call is always on how much better every one should be doing. They give ore negative to employees than positive. It's always we are doing OK BUT YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER. work more hours etc. Never have we heard you all did a great job and left at that, always good job but much more room for improvement. 9. Worst company to work for! Dictators 10. Ask for previous and current ployed names and hear their recommendations on this company before excepting an offer especially if you are trying to decide between this and another offer. 11. Plain and simply this can is not worth working for. 12. If Samsung only new half of how they cheat their employees and the way they hide things from them they would lose the cpaign and would have a working relationship. Only a matter of time 13. Document everything, save daily logs on mileage, store visits, conversation, texts, and group me messages to all upper management, get everything in writing, take snaps shots of all form entries, etc. You will need this info sooner or later,Truste!!

Pros

Strong support during transition periods. What initially felt uncertain quickly became manageable because of the guidance, communication, and resources provided throughout the process. Accessible leadership. Leaders were available to answer questions, provide clarity, and genuinely listen to concerns from both managers and field teams. Trust to lead authentically. As a leader, I have been empowered to manage my team in a way that aligns with our culture while still driving results. Investment in people. Team members are encouraged to grow through coaching, development opportunities, and exposure to new experiences that build their confidence and capabilities. Clear expectations. The company provides structure around goals, processes, and performance expectations, helping teams understand what success looks like. Tools and resources for success. Employees are equipped with systems, training, and support that enable them to perform effectively in their roles. Culture of accountability. There is an emphasis on ownership, follow-through, and personal responsibility, which creates stronger teams and better outcomes. Open communication. Transparency and collaboration are encouraged, allowing leaders and team members to address challenges proactively. Opportunities to recognize and celebrate achievements. Leaders have the ability to highlight successes, motivate their teams, and foster a positive environment. Flexibility in leadership style. Rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach, leaders are trusted to adapt their management style to best support their teams. Focus on both people and performance. Results matter, but so do the individuals behind those results. This balance has helped create a more engaged and committed team. Encouragement of innovation and creativity. Leaders are given room to develop new ideas, build team culture initiatives, and find unique ways to drive engagement. A renewed sense of purpose. The transition provided an opportunity to reset, refocus, and build something even stronger than before. A company that values resilience. Team members who embrace change, communicate effectively, and take ownership are given the opportunity to thrive. Confidence in the future. What began as uncertainty evolved into optimism, knowing that both leaders and field teams have the support needed to succeed.

Cons

Learning new systems took time. Adapting to new platforms and workflows required patience and additional support as teams adjusted. Change fatigue is real. Balancing a company transition while maintaining business results was challenging for both leaders and field teams. Despite these challenges, the support provided by 2020 Companies helped turn potential obstacles into opportunities for growth and development.

Pros

The growth of 2020 over the past few years has been extraordinary! We've had the opportunity to have some amazing team members join our team and bring in a diverse group of leaders. What hasn't changed through all the growth has been the culture. They have made this a better place to work. I've had more opportunities to develop my own career path with this growth. We've also experience a massive leap forward in our technology and infrastructure in the past few years with the new leadership in our IS/Analytics teams! It's simply amazing what these teams are bringing to the table each week. it's been an exciting time to be a part of the Sr. Leadership team and 2020 Companies.

Cons

Its hard to keep up! We all work directly in our client space and schedules. What has come with this growth is the lost opportunities to connect as a larger team of leaders to support and share ideas and best practices. It just gets to a point it becomes impossible to align so many calendars. Miss those days, but we have smaller, more client centered group teams that meet regularly. Just feels siloed.
