1. Manager don't know the process how it runs and give lame excuses. 2. They say that they'll give incentives but I've in that company for 2 years and never got any incentives. Even on the day of releasing my employment they gave fake assurance. 3. If employee wanted to just get salary and go you can join. But if you wanted to grow in career better choose a different. 4. One of the worst organisations where you cannot trust on managements words. Though asked for written email never got.
