Pros

Able to work from home. Able to change schedule up to two hours before shift, and even during shift if needed. Paid Training is 6 weeks long.

Cons

Little/unreliable support during shift. Issues are frequently ignored when brought up by teams. Training in no way prepares you for the reality of being on the phones Hazing issues when you're put on the phones.

opportunities to move up, quick interview process, positions that didn't include calls

No work from home options and benefits weren't great.
