Bad managers, disrespect to people - Animator 2K Czech Employee Review

You hardly get any credit for something. Your idea will hardly be listened if your are not Senior or above Managers act really disrespectfuly to employers, like there are hundreds of other applicants behind the door although the truth is they are not. Zero motivation - months of hard work are thrown out of the window every day because of stupid decisions and poor planning.
