It’s insulting to hear the US C-suite and sales teams raving about expensive dinners and "green revenue" while they simultaneously slashed our medical insurance in half. Their excuse was "not everyone was using it," and "because we're hiring more people," but we all know it’s just cold cost-cutting while they live large.
They keep buying up other companies to make the numbers look pretty for a potential sale, but meanwhile, long-term clients are leaving. Instead of fixing the service, they’re just "trimming the fat" by retrenching dozens of people in KL by Q1 2026. The best thing is, they didn't even address this in the recent townhall.
As for bonuses, don't expect to be rewarded for hard work. Bonuses go to the people management "likes," not the ones actually carrying the workload. Amazing, talented people are leaving because they’re tired of being ignored.
Despite our high-quality output, leadership still sees the SEA offices as "cheap labor." There’s no respect for the expertise here. Just a focus on how many people they can remove to make the Q1 balance sheet look better for investors.
