Working here you realize that there are better, more honest and competent people to work for. A bunch of us were just laid off and the way that the company phrased it was humiliating. Some of us took it as a blessing in disguise that we no longer have to report to such an inept and unprofessional group of managers and directors. Avoid the same mistake and seek meaningful employment elsewhere.

Where to begin? In speaking with some of the developers and long-time professionals (5+ years) I soon realized that no one has any hope for this company, everyone blames management, and right now (after the recent layoffs) most are simply spending the day actively looking for another job. There is no trust. Management seems scared to do anything more than attend more conferences and try to explain to the masses that "things are fine". I can't believe that I left a better job to come here.
