Cons
Staff shortage and turnover, slow expansion plans, and ex employees work of mouth about their bad experience with management and the work place which created and affected the companies reputation and a bad impression for the company as a work place comparing to the market. However, I don't think that this is how it's going currently, and I can see a lot of change and development in the workplace from my own experience and my time there which is obvious and should be highlighted since they implemented a new "People & Culture Dept." in the HR to concentrate on the things they were weak as to improve and to work on and aim towards having a great workplace and employee experience by creating a quarter surveys system and analyze the exact and important areas that require improvement and a development plan.
