Incredibly low pay for one of Ireland's premier coffee shops - has led to mass exodus of experienced baristas looking to simply survive in Dublin, As a result standards have decreased drastically in last 12-18 months - nothing against current employees, but 3fe used to be the pinnacle, now seems like a standard job for college students, with or without an interest in the field
