Barista training, discounts on coffee and food
Cons
Cashless so the tips are not great at all. No pay increase unless you move up to managerial role, regardless of experience. You aren’t allowed be creative with latte art

High-level professional equipment, ingredients and resources. Good training provided. Customers mostly lovely
Cons
Incredibly low pay for one of Ireland's premier coffee shops - has led to mass exodus of experienced baristas looking to simply survive in Dublin, As a result standards have decreased drastically in last 12-18 months - nothing against current employees, but 3fe used to be the pinnacle, now seems like a standard job for college students, with or without an interest in the field
