Pros
Loved the team meetings. Great team atmosphere with awesome social nights. I really enjoyed the initial training and I learned a lot. We were also allowed/encouraged to bring our partners to the social nights which I found amazing. I made a lot of friends which I'm still contact with. People from all over the world work there which was great for networking, finding friends and like-minded people. Fun and happiness is a big factor and well looked after. I had one of the best days ever when they surprised the staff with a jet ski day. I made good progress while I worked there and the opportunities for growth are unlimited. Senior staff was very helpful when I had trouble with my Visa. Enthusiastic, very encouraging and always had an ear for me.
Cons
To be fair, looking back now I can't say anything negative about my time with 3Fund. I really enjoyed myself and made good money.
