      Pros

      Having come from a sales background moving to working with 3FunD as a fundraisier I cannot tell you how great of experience I’ve had so far. Honestly a dream job for me, not only do you feel ever so well looked after as an employee but you feel part of something bigger, something truly great with room to grow and progress not just in yourself but the company!

      Cons

      It’s ever so hard to think of a con as I have not come across one! Weather could be a factor to some but if this what you enjoy doing and you love getting back for the effort you put in, it one factor in!

      Pros

      I’ve always loved fundraising. But I got close to leaving fundraising for good as I had a bad experience with a different company. I saw that someone I know joined 3FUND and it went really well so I applied and I am now a 3FUND advocate. If you have me for your trial day I probably won’t stop talking about it. I’m making a lot more money for myself now and because of that my scores have gone up which means the charity is making more money as well.

      Cons

      It’s not for everybody. Some people don’t like to fundraise. But that’s one of the reasons I love it as I love the fact that as long as I work hard the sign ups will come. Everyday is different which can be good can bad I guess. I’d go crazy if everyday was the same though.

      Pros

      Lots of positivity, I made 4 sales in my 2nd day which I’m super pumped about! I also love the team environment.

      Cons

      The weather can be a pain but we are about to go into summer. YAY
