      Pros

      Great company to work at. Worked as a consultant in IT for a year. Pay was in line with market standards. This company is very into their human capital and is committed to career advancement and retaining talent. Direct management very aware of potential challenges within the bank and are quick to focus on avoiding disruption.

      Cons

      This large organization is constantly changing. This often shifts priorities of management and changes objectives to where it is difficult to maintain progress on current projects.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
