The only advantage of working here is the attractive initial compensation packages; however, career growth becomes stagnated and remains extremely slow over time

Leadership is highly insensitive, and the workload is overwhelming. Leaves are fairly difficult to get and the workload is so excessive that working on off days becomes inevitable. HR is ineffective in addressing sensitive issues. Additionally, teams frequently turn a blind eye to data quality
