We agree any job should be approached with caution, and a job at i.d.e.a is no exception. We are a challenging company in which to work, and our clients are equally challenging. We work hard here. All agencies struggle to balance creative energy with the requirements of process- it's a tightrope walk. We want our creatives to have an environment that frees them to do what they do best- create big ideas and improve previous concepts. We fight for their creative autonomy, while operating a stable and sustainable operations structure. We are accountable to our clients to maximize their budgets, and accountable to our staff to offer reasonable and fair compensation for their efforts.
