You will not be given anything in writing. When applying for unemployment Aviand's will lie and you will get denied. Furthermore Aviand's supports misconduct and makes a habit of hiring individuals with a criminal past to keep wages low. Aviand's is a contract food company for Senior Living Facilities where they can feed on the most vulnerable population
