Pros

There are really no pros at this time. There are still some good people there - including the person who hired me - but most are gone, whether as a result of a layoff or leaving on their own.

Cons

Fortunately, the worst mistake they every made - the former CRO is gone. But the culture has gone from wonderful to toxic. They cannot keep up with product development which impacts sales and customer success.
