Pros
My duties are varied and I enjoy the variety of duties. I applied for the Field Technician role, but because of my degree and experience working at zoos and other natural resources management roles, I became a research assistant and also got to play a key role in projects ranging from screening applicants to writing blogs. I've felt very valued since the beginning, and as I shift into a part-time role to enter a master's program, I especially appreciate the company because they have been accommodating and make me feel valued. I've loved watching people who I had a role in hiring succeed here.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. My whole experience here has been great. I also got to act as a representative of the company to screen and interview new applicants, so I was sometimes the first face of the company that gave applicants their orientation and first impression.
