Everything. Disgusting treatment and behaviour by management. Bullying, harassment, threats and what else you can think of. Senior management is a joke and if you get a job in Connect prepare to be treated like a slave doing everyone else’s job for the least pay!! Can’t stress enough how diabolical management are, they need serious training on how to manage human beings rather than robots and some stress management to stop acting like psychopaths. Worst job I have ever had for my sanity, wellbeing and life in general. If you are thinking of joining the company.. DON’T.
