      Great place to work, flexible and great pay. Expected to be a high achiever but they give you the help to get there.

      Cons

      Bad management years ago, but the place is steady now with great leaders after restructure with people that know what they're doing.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for growth and change. Previous leadership strong and personable. Excellent work life balance. Good people working throughout the business at various levels.

      Cons

      New management is chaotic and went from invested in the people and growth to spot fire management. There isn’t much room for further development. It now feels like a boys club, rather than a place of work. Disappointing as it wasn’t under previous leadership.
