Lots of opportunity for growth and change. Previous leadership strong and personable. Excellent work life balance. Good people working throughout the business at various levels.
Cons
New management is chaotic and went from invested in the people and growth to spot fire management. There isn’t much room for further development. It now feels like a boys club, rather than a place of work. Disappointing as it wasn’t under previous leadership.
