Lousy bonus and salary as the Management is playing favouritism over staff especially those who just say 'yes' blindly, the rest of the staff are not treated fairly in term of remuneration. Long hours of working hours as everything is manual, thus, some of the staff have to work till late and still got criticised as not efficient and have to take on more responsibilities The local management does not have knowledge about the global markets as in the culture, the marketing strategy therefore, they do not make any profits. Instead of finding out the problems, they tend to blame the staff are not working hard enough. Indeed, it is them having no knowledge and investing the resources in the wrong areas
