Pros
Working as a installation tech you get an iPad now, but I left before that started. I did enjoy spending a lot of time by myself and to pace my own work. Proper tools are included. Customers were always appreciative of our work
Cons
Hours can be unreasonable, and it's difficult for management to determine how long a particular installation or service roll will take. Scheduling was a mess when I was there, and still involved lots of phone calls with dispatch. There's almost no room for advancement since management is entrenched and happy keep entry level employees at the bottom. Any employee who comes up with a new idea or solution is immediately hushed. Thinking is not encouraged.
