      Pros

      - Competitive pay. - Always adding features to the product. - Learn Salesforce.com skills. - Nice co-workers. - Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      - Company president is all over the place. - Immoral HR practices - most countries require warnings to fire someone, I witnessed the company exploit legal loopholes, firing people without warnings but by claiming the position was being eliminated. Not illegal, but certainly immoral. - No performance reviews. - Very little contact with management, poor communication. - Lack of training.

      HR behaves like a mafia, they use pms to threaten and harass you when they want to get rid of you. awful experience. I was inform that this kind of behavior is not new.
