AE has been wonderful to work for as it prioritizes its clients first, while respecting employee's work/life balance whenever possible. Federal consulting can be tumultuous and AE is committed to supporting its teams through changes. When it comes to AE internal work (BD, meetings, etc.), the leadership team is incredibly flexible and allows each employee to choose their own adventure. If you are interested in doing more, they welcome it. If you are okay with just client work, that is fine too.

Federal Consulting Industry has it's challenges with contracts, recompetes, scope changes, etc. AE and its teams stay as flexible as possible.
