Pros
The company has a good employee development and merit increase process so you receive raises on a yearly basis. The paid time off is great and they do their best to provide a work life balance. Mentoring is available if you want to progress and move laterally or up in the company. The company is a leader in many financial services and travel fields, and is working hard to stay technologically advanced. Good benefits and tuition reimbursement.
Cons
The company message seems to focus more on the bottom line in recent years. This has necessitated reductions in force, moving jobs outside the US and Canada to save on costs, but not always to keep the same quality of work. This process has occurred every year for at least 3 or more years now. It makes it hard to move laterally to a new job opportunity or advance. Merit increases are yearly but don't always keep up with the increase in health benefits and inflation.
