- My work and experience here are valued and I am given latitude to make decisions without management meddling. - Company treats you like an adult and allows you to keep your own hours as long as you are getting your work done. - People that produce high quality work consistently are promoted and work here for years. - Company is constantly planning fun outings and celebrations for staff. - Time off is respected and not expected to respond to emails, etc. when taking PTO.

- The overall team lacks experience in some departments and puts too much trust in junior team members that need more guidance.

A few sweet colleagues who are sympathetic

I don't know where to begin but will say that this work experience was at the very bottom of the list of experiences I've regrettably had in my life. Management got involved in petty spats which caused a lot of drama and unnecessary stress. I witnessed very disturbing actions many times which caused a culture of trepadation and fear through the company. The culture at this agency is very tense and unsupportive. Unskilled management was very blame focused without offering team support when very much needed. Now that I have some distance and have worked with other agencies and brands I see a lot of cracks operationally and would never hire this company for an event nor encourage anyone to consider working there.
