      The income can be great. Working with the students are wonderful and making new partnerships are rewarding. The professional development is great here.

      Cons

      If the families where you are stationed don't like you, you're in trouble. The other Resident services staff can be be cold to work with at times although they try to be nice.

      Well respected organization. Great mission and vision. Good business structure with fairly diverse revenue streams. Beautiful buildings. Committed to resident quality of life.

      Needs additional fundraising staff and expertise to realize CEO’s vision of Resident Services expansion.
