Pros

For the most part there's a lot of schedule flexibility with the remote WFH model, but the level can depend on your manager. High-ish profile clients

Cons

It is evident at every turn that you are a cog in the machine. From little things like birthdays or work anniversaries being skipped over to the larger issues like not talking to any management when doing layoffs. People would be mid-workstream on something and have just been praised by managers, then the execs would come in (having no knowledge of performance or the work that was going on) and just let people go without even notifying managers. All of a sudden, your team lead could just be gone. It was evident throughout my duration at the company that no one is invested in individuals' growth nor cares about team members. Promotions were almost never approved, even when associates had been working toward them for years. They would be submitted multiple times and get shut down - again, by those who never touch the work or see what associates are doing. Very out of touch leadership and it's very clearly affected morale over time. If people aren't laid off, they're leaving. Between salary being well below national averages and the rate at which people are being let go, it's time to jump ship!

Pros

work from anywhere travel for client meetings and events work with big name brands smart, competent coworkers

Cons

long hours, late nights and weekends expected low pay compared to market rate multiple reorgs and layoffs over the last few years create instability within and across teams understaffing of high-demand accounts office politics in a remote workplace limits opportunities unless you're friends with the right people. if not "in" with the right crowd, your career at this agency will be stunted.
