Unethical management practices
Favoritism
The human resources department is located in Tallahassee and in my opinion, is almost impossible to contact and unavailable to most employees.
The management staff are openly best friends outside of the office and no one seems to trust anyone for fear that it will be reported back to management and they will face repercussions.
Seems to me those hired are those people who will become "a part" of the "the group" and will relay information back to management
Management only reacts to an issue if it includes themselves or one of their group of employees
